In order to minimise interior space for corridors and stairwells, we offer the following in the standard version of our residential containers Open external stairs and walkways made of hot-dip galvanised steel and matching canopies. Clad stairwells and corridors can also be realised if required.

Modular gas heating systems (bottled gas or tank) can be installed as an alternative to standard electric heating. Hot water heating systems can also be used. In summer, wall-mounted air conditioning systems are one way of air-conditioning the rooms in residential complexes.

When it comes to interior design, our accommodation can already ex works with kitchen units and furniture such as metal lockers, benches or bunk beds, so that Residences ready for occupancy within a very short time are created.
