Specifications and technical description of our container room modules

External dimensions

  • possible lengths : 3000 mm to 12000 mm
  • possible widths : 2435 mm to 3000 mm
  • Possible external heights : 2590mm to 3400mm

The external dimensions of the modules are limited by the permissible transport dimensions.

Frame

  • ISO standard steel frame construction made of hollow and rolled profiles, self-supporting, sandblasted and primed with two-component zinc phosphate and polyacrylate top coat in RAL colours according to customer requirements;
  • 8 container corners. - Can be stacked 3 high, frame thickness 4 and 5 mm

Floor

Blind bottom

  • 0.5 mm galvanised profiled sheet riveted to the floor cross members, painted and sealed on request

Insulation

  • Mineral wool, flammability class A1, EN 13501-1

Vapour barrier

  • 0.2 mm vapour barrier - polyethylene film

Floor slab

  • 22 mm chipboard without formaldehyde, screwed to steel beam, sanded joints, underlaid with U-profile from below
  • 22 mm cement-bonded chipboard Cetris on request®

Floor covering

  • 1.5 mm PVC floor covering, laid in strips and glued down over the entire surface, the joints homogeneously welded
  • Colour grey
  • The joints between the floor and walls are covered with hardened skirting boards, approx. 60 mm high, colour white or grey
  • Different floor coverings are possible at the customer's request

Floor load

  • Standard 250 kg/m2, can be increased to 1000 kg/m2 or more on customer request

Exterior walls

Profiled sheet

  • 0.55 mm galvanised profiled sheet, painted in RAL colours of your choice,
  • Trapezoidal branch depth 10 mm, timber construction for wall construction

Insulation

  • Mineral wool, inserted into the wall construction, flammability class A1, EN 13501-1

Vapour barrier

  • 0.2 mm vapour barrier - polyethylene film

  • Standard 80 mm mineral wool can be increased to 220 mm on customer request

Exterior walls

  • Standard 80 mm mineral wool can be increased to 220 mm on customer request

Interior walls

  • Standard 60 mm mineral wool can be increased to 220 mm on customer request

Roof

  • Standard 80 mm mineral wool can be increased to 220 mm on customer request

Roof

Profiled sheet

  • 0.75 mm galvanised profiled sheet, depth of trapezoidal corrugation 40 mm, vented, attached to special roof profile that is screwed to the frame construction

Vapour barrier

  • 0.2 mm vapour barrier - polyethylene film

Insulation

  • Mineral wool, flammability class A1, EN 13501-1

Permissible roof load

  • Standard 150 kg/m2 Increase in roof load to 500 kg/m2 possible on customer request

Roof drainage

  • Roof drained sideways by integrated rain gutters, drainage via 4 galvanised 6/4'' downpipes in the corner posts
  • Additional roofs as console, saddle or honeycomb roofs and canopies possible on customer request

Interior panelling

Walls

  • 10 mm chipboard laminated on both sides, washable, colour white, without formaldehyde, screwed together with matching plastic caps; all joints covered with plastic strips
  • Different wall materials are possible at the customer's request

Ceiling

  • 10 mm chipboard laminated on both sides, washable, without formaldehyde, white, screwed together with matching plastic caps; all joints covered with plastic strips
  • Different ceiling materials are possible at the customer's request
