In the Municipality of Oberaurach a new crèche was urgently needed. Due to the shorter construction times, the municipality quickly decided to have the crèche built from containers.
However, this project could not be realised with simple containers, such as those used on construction sites. For this reason, those responsible in the municipality of Oberaurach decided in favour of the Modular design from PH Container was decided. A solution with a façade, plasterboard walls and an additional roof was developed together. It was possible to realise the Completion in just four months to order.
The crèche is divided into two separate buildings. A roof with a pram room is being built between the buildings by a local carpentry firm. The façade consists of James Hardie Plank fibre cement panels in wood look. The building fulfils the highest good insulation and Heat pumps the requirements of the Building Energy Act (GEG)
Each of the two buildings contains a group room, a bedroom, a head's office and a cloakroom. The large glass fronts give the rooms a Bright and friendly. There are also fully tiled bathrooms in both buildings. Sanitary facilities especially for children (children's toilets) and for the staff.
The entire building is fitted with high-quality Acoustic ceilings equipped. A robust linoleum floor was chosen for the flooring. For Glare-free lighting high-quality LED microprismatic luminaires provide light in all rooms. The aluminium doors are equipped with anti-trap protection and raised door handlesthat the children cannot open the doors on their own. A child-friendly washing facility has been realised using low porcelain washbasins. Hot water heaters with scald protection provide hot water.
The large glass fronts were a particular challenge; they were specially made from special solar control glass to prevent the rooms from heating up too much in summer. The external venetian blinds with electric operation make it possible to Kindergarten container darkening for rest periods.
